The Mule and The Shrub with Ginger Shrub
½ oz. Ginger Shrub
¾ oz. ginger lime syrup
2 oz whiskey
4 oz soda water
2 drops Angostura bitters
5 mint leaves
Garnish: mint plume In shaker add shrub, ginger lime syrup. Clap mint leaves in hand and add to shaker. Add small amount of ice and whip. In Collins glass or Mule mug, fill with ice and prime bottom of glass with 2 ounces soda water. Strain ingredients from shaker over ice and soda, add more soda, bitters and mint plume for garnish.
Honey Pot with Asian Pear Shrub
½ oz. Carpano Bianco Vermouth
¾ oz. Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz. Vodka
½ oz. Crafted Cocktails Asian Pear Shrub
Garnish: lemon twist In mixing glass add all ingredients with ice. Express oils from a lemon twist into mixing glass and discard. Strain all ingredients into martini glass or coupe. Garnish with lemon twist.
Blackberry Smash with Blackberry Shrub
1 ½ oz. Whiskey
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. agave
¾ oz. Blackberry Shrub
2 oz. club soda
Add whiskey, lime juice, agave and shrub to shaker with ice. Shake a few times to blend then add into Collins glass over ice. Pour club soda over mix and garnish with thyme sprig.

1 oz. Crafted Cocktails Asian Pear Shrubs
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain all ingredients into martini glass or coupe. Rub lemon twist on rim of glass and place in bottom of glass.
Smoked Mexican Pineapple with Jalapeño Pineapple Mix
Build in pint glass
1½ oz Mezcal
¾ oz Green Chartreuse
½ oz Crafted Cocktail Jalapeño Pineapple Mix
½ oz lime juice
Place all ingredients into shaker. Shake and strain into 8 oz glass over ice. Garnish with & pineapple slice sprinkled with tajin/2 pineapple leaves garnish
Stubborn Mule with Ginger Shrub
½ oz Crafted Cocktail Ginger Shrubs
¾ oz lemon Juice
¾ oz lime Juice
2 oz vodka
4 oz club soda
In shaker add lemon juice, ginger shrub, lime syrup, small amount of ice, top & shake. In Collins glass or Mule mug, fill with ice and prime bottom of glass with 2 ounces club soda. Strain ingredients from shaker over ice and soda, add more soda to fill glass. Garnish with candied ginger.
Spicy Ginger Margarita with Ginger Shrub
2 oz. Crafted Cocktails Jalapeno Pineapple Mixer
¾ oz. Crafted Cocktails Ginger Shrubs
1 ½ oz Tequila
½ fresh lime juice
Add to ice shaker and pour into margarita glass and garnish with pineapple and throw slice of jalapeno on top of drink to garnish.
Strawberry Pink Peppercorn Martini with Strawberry Shrub
1 fresh strawberry
2 peppercorns
½ Oz. Crafted Cocktails Strawberry Shrubs
1 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Club Soda
In Shaker, Mull strawberry and spice on bottom, add additional ingredients and a bit of crushed ice. Rim Collins glass with fine sugar. Pour ingredients in glass and garnish with Strawberry.
Traditional Grapefruit Paloma
3 parts Mixer
1 part Tequila Blanco
Fill an 8 oz. glass with ice. Pour ingredients into glass. Stir. Garnish with lime wedge.

2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Salt rim: chili lime salt (such as Tajín) or plain salt
Garnish: cherry tomatoes and epazote leaf (optional)
Best served with guac ‘n chips. For a less spicy Michelada, feel free to omit the sauces and use a plain salt rim.

½ oz. Ginger Shrub
¼ oz. Dry Curaçao
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin and then add ice. Shake well and strain over ice into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish.

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Ginger Shrub
½ oz. Strawberry Shrub
½ oz. Grenadine
2 Dashes Peach Bitters
1 oz Cream
Club Soda
Add all ingredients except the cream and club soda to a shaking tin and then add ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe. Separately shake cream until thickens a bit and layer on top. Add club soda and then garnish.
